In 1990, Dr. Hans Herchen purchased his first office in Kingsway Garden Mall. In the preliminary years of his practice, Dr. Herchen provided both dental care and periodontal care to his patients. He hired his first hygienist in 1997, and from then on starting building a top notch dental team.
Dr. Herchen saw value in investing in his staff’s development and also in sharing his overall vision with his team as it pushed them to work towards a common goal. He knew early on that he had more to offer than dental services; his strong leadership skills and passion for business pushed him to attempt recreating the success at Kingsway.
