Cosmetic, Restorative, and General Dentistry Costs and Financing at Dental Choice – Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta

At Dental Choice, we strive to provide high-quality general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry treatments at reasonable costs. Our offices in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta also offer direct insurance billing and affordable payment plans for your convenience.

Insurance

We gladly accept hundreds of different dental insurance plans to cover general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry costs. Unlike many other practices, we also bill insurance companies directly so that patients don't have to worry about paperwork and are only responsible for their deductibles (if applicable) and co-pays. We simply ask that patients bring their dental insurance cards with them to our offices and fill out an insurance form with their information. In the event that insurance companies do not pay what is anticipated, the patient will receive a bill for the balance.

Our friendly insurance coordinators will help answer any questions that you have and make sure that you receive the full coverage that you are eligible to receive. Please contact a Dental Choice office for more information or to schedule a free consultation.

Payment Plans

To help patients without dental insurance pay for major treatments such as porcelain veneers and dental implants, we offer a three-month payment plan on approved credit. A down payment of half is due at the time of the procedure with the remaining half to be paid in three monthly installments. We provide more flexible options to patients who have been with us for a while and who have good credit histories.

We always let patients know general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry costs before treatment is performed. When possible, we give patients multiple options for treatment so that they can choose the procedure that best fits their budgets.

We accept VISA®, MasterCard®, Direct Debit, American Express®, and cash. Personal cheques are not accepted.

 

Financing Information for Students

We welcome post secondary students who are on their parents' dental insurance plans. We ask that students please bring the following information with them to help us expedite their claims:

- the insurance company/carrier
- secondary insurance company/carrier
- the plan number with parent's ID number
- parents' birthdates and work phone number
- name of parent's employer
- proof that you are a student
